Roll Call- <br />- Board Members present: JR Ketelsen, Grace Gee, Keely Taylor, Mark Cathcart, <br />Beth McLennan, Sarah Staunton, Scott Sala <br />- Board Members absent: Ronald Reeves <br />- Staff Members present: Jeff Durban, Erica Schmitt, Sharon Nemechek (joined <br />half way through meeting), Chris Leh (joined half way through meeting) <br />- Members of the public present: Emily Przekwas (not a Louisville resident), <br />Dawn Short (not a Louisville resident) <br />3. Approval of February Agenda- <br />JR - #18 can be removed, vote for summer concerts already completed, #17 and <br />#23 are duplicates <br />- Sarah moves to approve; Keely seconds. No dissents, all in favor. <br />Persons planning to attend the meeting who need sign language interpretation, translation services, assisted listening <br />systems, Braille, taped material, or special transportation, should contact the City Clerk's Office at 303 335-4536 or <br />MeredythM@LouisvilleCO.gov.
