L Cltvor <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Sustainability Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 15, 2023 <br />Fully Remote (Due to Inclement Weather) <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Todd Budin called the meeting to order at 6:32 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Todd Budin, Megan Ottesen, John Cowley, Josh <br />Cooperman, Dan Mellish and Lev Szentkiralyi, Tiffany Boyd <br />Board Members Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Kayla Betzold <br />Approval of Agenda — <br />Tiffany moved to approve the agenda; Dan seconded the motion. The agenda <br />was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — <br />Dan moved to approve last meeting's minutes; Tiffany seconded the motion. The <br />minutes from the January 18, 2023 meeting were approved as written. <br />Public Comments — <br />RJ Harrington: RJ spoke about air quality on the Front Range and its relation to <br />local fracking sites to the east and north of Louisville.
