Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />JULY 9, 2009 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />The Commission discussed and stated their support for the Planning <br />Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission to meet in a setting <br />similar to a study session with City Council. <br />Staff will coordinate the requested study session. <br />The following items are tentatively scheduled for August 13, 2009 <br />➢ Downtown Parking <br />➢ Passco Colorado Tech Industrial, LLC — A final planned unit <br />development (PUD) request for two commercial/flex buildings, each <br />approximately 41,000 SF on a 7.53 acre parcel. Application is subject <br />to the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines <br />(CDDSG); 739 South 104th Street; Lot 12, Colorado Technology <br />Center Filing No. 2; Case No. 08-023-FP. <br />• Applicant and Representative: RVP Architecture, PC., Bob Van Pelt <br />• Owner: Passaco Colorado Tech Industrial, LLC, Carey Levy <br />• Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director and Gavin McMillan, Planner II <br />Staff noted the following additions to the August 13th meeting agenda:, <br />1) A planned unit development and special review use for the Louisville Fire <br />Protection District building located on Main Street in Downtown Louisville. <br />2) A draft ordinance which w Id amend the Louisville Municipal Code to <br />allow for Beekeeping in th pity Louisville. <br />Staff Comments — <br />➢ Selection i Planntnq: Cornrnissi b::Members to serve on a <br />Task F <br />mmission — Joint study session <br />veloprnent review°°Proposal Deadline: <br />9 for a September 10, 2009 public hearing before <br />mission <br />Staff reminded the Commission of the Joint Study Session scheduled for August <br />11, 2009 with City Council. Staff also stated no new land use applications had <br />been received for scheduling at the September 10, 2009 meeting. Staff continued <br />that the Beekeeping ordinance might need to be held in September. <br />Lipton inquired of Pelanne if a September date was too late for the Beekeepers. <br />Pelanne stated that the hives are established for 2009 and new hives would not <br />be introduced until the Spring 2010. The timing for an approved ordinance would <br />not have to done until early 2010. <br />Board Comments — <br />Sheets noted she would not be available for the August 11, 2009 study session <br />with City Council nor the August 13, 2009 Planning Commission public hearing. <br />
