7. Goodhue Ditch connection between Coal Creek Trail and Rock Creek Farm:
This trail would connect the regional trails of Coal Creek and Rock Creek. lt
would follow the Goodhue
Ditch and travel through the
jointly owned properties of
Warembourg and Admor Open
Space. This trail would allow
for a different user experience
then the proposed 1041h street
connection (number five). The
Boulder Valley Comprehensive
Plan has this recorded as a
conceptual trail corridor.
Although this concept is
supported in the comprehensive
plan additional discussions is needed to detennine how this use would impact the
current agricultural leases (and closure to the public) in the area.

r

:~ .
,

Stntus: POS supports the concept of this trail cormection, but does not SUPPOlt the aligrunent
shov,m, due to fi'agmentation of the agricultural parcel. Private property rights will be required.
C01Ulty is willing to work with Louisville to detemune a suitable location for this cOWlection.
