<br />II' <br /> <br /> <br />Senior Advisory Board <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 19, 2009 <br />Senior Center <br />900 West Via Appia <br />1 :00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Chairperson Connie Howes called the meeting to order at 1 :26 <br />pm. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Connie Howes, Walt Oehlkers, Claire Floyd, <br />Carol Purfurst, Larry Brassem, Rosalie Lynn <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Bob Pierce, Barbara Peterson (also MC <br />Representative), Michael Goss <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Claudine Low, Senior Services Supervisor Dave <br />Clabots, City Council Liaison <br /> <br />Staff Members Absent: NONE <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Larry moved, and Carol seconded that the agenda be <br />approved. Agenda approved. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes - Claudine asked the Board to strike Colterra and <br />Blue Cross/Blue Shield on page 4. Carol P pointed out that the Garden Report <br />should be under Physical and Mental Health. Claudine also updated verbiage <br />regarding website discussion (due to branding standards, not that she is <br />overworked). Under unfinished business, add "Business" for DBA.
