Se- <br />conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll <br />call. Dhieux abstained, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of the Ordinance for their review and <br />fiels. Attorney Joss read the ordinance <br />on first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ord. #568 <br />be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them a <br />copy of the Ordinance for their review <br />and files. Attorney Joss stated that the <br />change would make the cost $.50 per <br />square foot for service expansion and <br />$.50 per square foot for Park Fees. <br />He stated that the addition would creat <br />a stree improvement fund along with a tree <br />fund. <br />He then read the ordinance on first reading <br />by title only. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance #569 <br />be ordered published. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Ed Wickline of the <br />Track Inn has had a discussion with Mr. <br />Turner of Waldo's and they would like to <br />close Front St. between Pine and Spruce <br />Streets all day until 7:00 P.M. on Labor <br />Day for a dance. There would beno liquor <br />served on the streets. <br />Council stated that they felt there may be <br />trouble and did not feel it fair to the other <br />businesses who also might want to close <br />streets down in their area. <br />After discussion, Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />to deny the request. Seconded by Council- <br />man Caranci. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, <br />Dhieux abstained, DiCarlo no, DiLorenzo no, <br />Caranci no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci then moved again to deny <br />
