<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 19, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, <br />DelPizzo and McDonald. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Engineer White, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk <br />Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />DOMINO'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />LIBRARY AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and council approved the <br />minutes of the April 5, 1977, council <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />Steve Anderson, representing the parties <br />involved gave the layout of the restaurant <br />and bar, stating that everything is in <br />order as far as the license appliation was <br />concerned. <br />After the presentation Mayor Waschak opened <br />the public hearing. There were no comments <br />for or against the application. The pub- <br />lic hearing was closed and comments were <br />made by Council. <br />Councilman Caranci asked if all bills were <br />paid up to date. <br />City Clerk Santilli stated that the water <br />bill was in the rears about $200 which was <br />carried on the books since the Three Coins <br />restaurant closed down. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the bill is the re- <br />sponsibility of the owner of the property. <br />Mr. Anderson stated that he would get with <br />the owner, Mr. Markel and have the bill <br />settled by the end of the week. <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci moved <br />that the liquor license be approved. Se- <br />conded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved to amend the <br />motion that the liqour license be granted <br />pending payment of the delinquent water bill. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br />Roll call vote was then taken on the motion <br />to approve the license pending the payment <br />of the bill. Domenico yes, McDonald yes, <br />Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in order to get the <br />County grant money for the library the City <br />needs to sign an agreement with the County. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the Mayor <br />be authorized to sign the agreement for <br />the library grant. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried. <br />
