<br />WESTERN EMPIRE <br />CONSTRUCTORS CONT'D <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO LURA <br />PAM DINGMAN <br /> <br />GROSSO LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />TRI CITY ELKS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />BOULDER VALLEY <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />March 1, 1977 <br />Minutes - page 2 <br /> <br />With no more discussion roll call vote was <br />taken approving pay estimate #5. <br />Domenico yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read a letter requesting that Council <br />approve the appointment of Pam Dingman to the <br />LURA Board. Mrs. Dingman stated that she has <br />lived in the City for about 2i years and would <br />like to work with the Board. <br />Councilman McDonald moved that Pam Dingman be <br />appointed to the LURA Board. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that everything was in <br />order; Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Grosso <br />liquor license application be accepted and public <br />hearing be scheduled for April 5, 1977. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she would like <br />to have the Police Chief informed that he <br />should not use City stationery or his title of <br />police chief in writing reference letters. <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that Chief Mungers <br />letter be disregarded on this application. <br />After discussion roll call was taken on the <br />hearing date. Domenico yes, DiCarlo yes, <br />McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Tri City <br />Elks license be renewed. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiLorenzo. Attorney Joss stated that <br />everything was in order. Roll call vote: <br />DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if the new rates were <br />now effective. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the one month period <br />was over a week ago so the new rates should <br />apply. <br /> <br />City Planner Drumm gave a brief presentation <br />of the Boulder Valley Comp plan; stating that <br />the matter was presented to the Planning Com- <br />mission and they had several comments; <br />
