He received a copy of the policy
on February 10, and now must get the State
Compensation policy.

Mr. Poydock stated that the City has been
paying the premium for the past 8 years.
Mr. Wurl stated that the City has only paid
it once and the rest of the time it has come
out of the firemen pension fund. He also
stated that this year the premium for the fire
deparment was $1,450 for State Compensation
which was much more then was budgeted for.

Mr. Poydock asked why the City employees had
several policies and the fire department
only could have one.

Mr. Wurl noted that the City employees have
State Compensation and there is health in-
surance which they pay part of; anything else
is paid by the person.

Council felt that the matter should be re-
solved at the next meeting.
Mr. Poydock requested that the Council re-
presentative be present at the next fire
meeting to discuss the matter.

Mr. Poydock requested that something be done
about the fire plugs in the Cottonwood Apts.
and PortalApts. area.
Mr. Wurl stated that he did not remember
getting the request for the plugs at the
apartment complexs, but will check into it.
He stated that he had talked with the Public
Works Director about some plugs and the
director put it on the work schedule to get done.
There were no more comments.

Attorney Joss stated that he has spoken with
Mr. Schroeder, the City representative, who
stated that the plaintiffs deposition has been
rescheduled for April 26, 1977 at 9:30 A.M.
