STORM SEWER - GRIFFITH
& LINCOLN STREET

Councilman DelPizzo asked if Wood
Bros. has rerouted the storm sewer.
Mr. Wurl stated that they did not and
it will stop at the end of their lots.
Councilman DelPizzo stated that as
long as he has lived here, there was
not as much water as flows there now.
Councilman DelPizzo stated that he
could not go along with their plans
for condemnation and felt that it would
not have cost that much more for them
to reroute it.
Mr. Wurl stated that they were doing
it on their own and were not required
to; therefore, they did not feel they
needed to put in the added expense.
After discussion Councilman Caranci
moved that the City Administrator
and City Engineer contact Wood Bros.
representatives to discuss a possible
alternative to the drainage problem.
Seconded by Councilman McDonald.
Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes,
DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald
yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.

BI CENTENNIAL STATUE

Mr. Wurl stated that with the new plans
for City hall with no extension to
the library the Bicentennial committee
would like to put the Miners statue
in front of the library instead of
in front of the Spruce tree at City
Hall.
Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council
approve the relocation of the Miner
Statue as requested by the Centennial
BiCentennial Committee.
Seconded by Councilman McDonald.
Motion carried.

Councilman McDonald moved that the
reports be accepted and placed on
file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico.
Motion carried.

MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT

Councilman McDonald moved that the
Municipal Court report be accepted
and placed on file.
