<br />STORM SEWER - GRIFFITH <br />& LINCOLN STREET <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked if Wood <br />Bros. has rerouted the storm sewer. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that they did not and <br />it will stop at the end of their lots. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that as <br />long as he has lived here, there was <br />not as much water as flows there now. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he <br />could not go along with their plans <br />for condemnation and felt that it would <br />not have cost that much more for them <br />to reroute it. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that they were doing <br />it on their own and were not required <br />to; therefore, they did not feel they <br />needed to put in the added expense. <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci <br />moved that the City Administrator <br />and City Engineer contact Wood Bros. <br />representatives to discuss a possible <br />alternative to the drainage problem. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiLorenzo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BI CENTENNIAL STATUE <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that with the new plans <br />for City hall with no extension to <br />the library the Bicentennial committee <br />would like to put the Miners statue <br />in front of the library instead of <br />in front of the Spruce tree at City <br />Hall. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />approve the relocation of the Miner <br />Statue as requested by the Centennial <br />BiCentennial Committee. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the <br />reports be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman McDonald moved that the <br />Municipal Court report be accepted <br />and placed on file.
