REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 6, 1976 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the fOllowing Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Dhieux, DiCarlo, Caranci, and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the December 16, 1975 meet- ing as read. COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN PIPELINE FINAL ESTIMATE Mr. Wurl informed Council that Engineer White recommended the final payment to American Pipeline for the water line installation around the City. Council- man Caranci moved that the final payment be made to American Pipeline Con- struction Co. in the amount of $10,867.50. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. MALOTT-PETERSON & GRUNDY FINAL ESTIMATE Mr. Wurl informed Council that Engineer White recommended the final payment to Malott-Piterson & Grundy for the work done on the tennis courts in Louisville North. Councilman Berry moved that final payment be made to Malott-Peterson & Grundy in the smount of $2,116.00 Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. DiCarlo no, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, Domenico yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl informed Council that Engineer White recommended the final payment to Howard D. Jury, Inc. for work done on Cottonwood Park. Councilwoman Dhieux moved that final payment be made to Howard D. Jury, Inc. in the amount of $7,442.70. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call.
