LL <br />Cityo Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />January 17, 2023 <br />Library Meeting Room <br />6:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Maloney called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call was <br />taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Dennis Maloney <br />Mayor Pro Tem Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Councilmember Caleb Dickinson (attended remotely) <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Deputy City Manager <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning and Building Safety Director <br />Adam Blackmore, Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Director <br />Chris Neves, Information Technology Director <br />Kristen Bodine, Library Youth Services Supervisor <br />Rhonda Henger, Human Resources Director <br />Emily Hogan, Assistant City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: June Ramos, Facilitator <br />ADOPTION OF 2023 CITY COUNCIL WORK PLAN <br />Mayor Maloney noted this meeting is when the Council will review the proposed work <br />plan items and determine which to include on the 2023 work plan and what the priorities <br />will be. <br />Facilitator Ramos noted the proposed work plan includes 26 items. The Council will <br />need to keep in mind that the total number of final items needs to be small enough to <br />still allow staff enough time to do the regular work they have. The list will need to be a <br />reasonable number that can be reasonably completed next year. <br />Deputy City Manager Davis reviewed the work plan items that were all proposed at the <br />December meeting.
