Terri Krason, a resident of Louisville, spoke in support of the application. She noted the applicants have made positive changes in the establishment. Steven Lyons, a resident of Louisville, spoke in support of the application. After a brief discussion, Carlson moved that all City and State law requirements have been met and the license be approved and transferred; Kaufman seconded. Roll call vote — Yes (Lipton, Kaufman, Carlson, Crowe). Machado rejoined the meeting. D. Public Hearing / New Application: Shopey's Pizza, LLC d/b/a Shopey's Pizza — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 577 E South Boulder Road Machado opened the public hearing. The Secretary stated the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice published as required.
