In 2022, the current applicant applied <br />for a PUD with a new development <br />plan for the DELO Lofts property that <br />renamed the project DELO West. <br />The applicant proposed two <br />apartment buildings with 66 total <br />units, at a density of 29.5 dwellings <br />per acres, and a 1,575 sq. ft. <br />commercial building. The residential <br />component exceeded the maximum <br />density of 20 dwellings per acre and <br />included a waiver request to the <br />density standard as part of the <br />application.
