City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 3, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND ON THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Richard R, Louisville, stated his family lost their home in the Marshall Fire and asked <br />the Council to help all those rebuilding by giving everyone the same incentives and <br />rebates regardless of what building code they are meeting. <br />Mark Cathcart, Louisville, stated the City needs to do more public art throughout town, <br />particularly at gateways, and asked the Council to add funding for the Cultural Council <br />in next year's budget. <br />Grace Gee, Louisville, spoke on behalf to the former EDI Task Force members, she <br />asked the Council to fulfill all of the items laid out in the task force's recommendations. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro Tern Maloney asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none he <br />asked for a motion. Motion: Councilmember Brown moved to approve the consent <br />agenda, seconded by Councilmember Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes: July 19, 2022 <br />C. Authorization to Execute an Investment Management Services <br />Contract with Chandler Asset Management <br />D. Authorization to Execute a Contract with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for <br />Utility Billing Services <br />E. Approval of Contract Between the City of Louisville and Integrated <br />Site Services, Inc. for Wooden Fence Installation Project (10433 <br />Dillon Road) in Connection with the 104t" Street Trail Project <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilmember Most shared information on how a homeowner in Superior is rebuilding <br />a fully net zero home at $211 per square foot. She stated there are housing options <br />available for net zero homes for a comparable price to conventional building. <br />Councilmember Brown thanked the members of the EDI Task Force and asked for this <br />item to be added to a future agenda. Councilmember Leh agreed. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Durbin noted the board and commission applications are now available <br />with a November 10 deadline. He stated the Business Forum is scheduled for October <br />27 and invited people to attend. <br />16 <br />
