<br />WOOD BROTHERS PLAT <br />PARKWOOD <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />E & F INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />WATER LINE PROJECT <br /> <br />CITY HALL REMODELING <br /> <br />COAL CREEK PROJECT <br />MEETING REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Bacon and Mr. George Holly were <br />present to represent Wood Brothers, Park- <br />wood Subdivision on the final plat of <br />filing #2 as changed. Mr. Bacon stated that <br />the lots had been decreased to 156. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Planning Commission <br />did approve the final plat and recommended <br />that Council approve it subject to the <br />following two items. <br />1. Approval subject to final development <br />pl an submi tta 1 . <br />2. Clarification of Wood Brothers letter <br />dated September 30, 1975, in regards to <br />the beginning and completion of Tract <br />C before Tract B. <br />In regards to Church sites, Mr. Wurl read the <br />letter received from Wood Brothers stating <br />they would reserve acreage for a churah site. <br />Mr. Bacon stated that he would send a <br />letter of clarification pertaining to <br />the misunderstanding of the letter dated <br />September 30, 1975, in regards to the reason <br />of completion of Tract C prior to Tract B. <br />After discussion Councilwoman Dhieux moved <br />that Council approve Wood Brothers, Park- <br />wood Subdivision final plat, filing #2, <br />subject to the submittal of the final de- <br />velopment plan and the clarification letter <br />of the September 30, 1975, letter. Se- <br />conded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he had spoke with <br />representatives of E & F Industries and a <br />meeting will be set up to discuss the prob- <br />lem of effects of the explosives used by <br />their company. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the project is pro- <br />gressing steadily. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the remodeling of <br />City Hall is progressing steadily and felt <br />that the new Council Chambers should be <br />ready for use in the very near future. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Councilman Berry had <br />been selected to serve as chairman to the <br />committee. He also stated that a remark <br />was made that Superior may withdraw from the <br />project to seek a less expensive project. <br /> <br />6. <br />
