Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read the questions to be <br />placed on the ballot for the City election <br />November 4, 1975. Attorney Morris stated <br />that on the questions regarding City Clerk <br />and City Treasurer, the portion (rather <br />then elected) will be kept in parenthesis. <br />On the Sales Tax question Council requested <br />that the questions state liTo replace the <br />Gross Receipts Taxll prior to the question. <br /> <br />With the clarification on the Sales Tax <br />question Council approved the questions <br />to be placed on the ballot. <br />Mrs. Suzy Westbrook stated that CAC will be <br />putting out information regarding the <br />questions to be on the ballot. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #20, Series <br />1975, in regards to the Comprehensive Plan <br />Update, 1975. Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that Resolution #20, Series 1975 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux.
