After dis- <br />cussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />accept Plant #1. Seconded by Councilman <br />Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry then moved that Council <br />authorize the May and City Clerk to sign the <br />proposal as presented by Boettcher and Company <br />for $800,000 Water Bonds as stipulated under <br />Plant #1. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />SEWER BONDS <br /> <br />It was stated that the rates would not be raised <br />at this time. The Ordinance will be presented <br />at the August 5, 1975 Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Krahl stated that sewer bonds are of a <br />different nature under the state law. They are <br />required to be sold at public sale and it takes <br />about sixty to ninety days to do this. Mr. <br />Krahl stated that he would work with Mr. Wurl <br />to set up a schedule and notice of sale to <br />be ready to be presented at the Aguust 5, 1975 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilwoman Dhieux moved that <br />Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk <br />to enter into an agreement with Boettcher <br />and Company on the proposed sewer bond issue <br />in the amount of $200,000(+-). Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo asked Mr. Krahl what it <br />meant where stated that Mr. Krahl would con- <br />duct a public sale and receive $10 for each <br />$1,000 sale of bonds. Mr Krahl stated that <br />this fee would be for his expertise in conducting <br />the sale and drawing up the legal Notice of <br />Sale and for tabulation of bids. <br />
