<br />DRCOG LETTER A95 REVIEW <br />MAN POWER PROGRAM <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would respond that <br />the City has no objections to the program <br />and that it is supported. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would like to have <br />Councils authorization to call for bids on <br />the remodeling of City Hall. After remarks <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City Admini- <br />strator be authorized to call for bids on <br />the remodeling of City Hall. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY HALL REMODELING <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />Attorney Morris reported that it is progressing <br />but still in court. <br /> <br />SALAZAR SUIT <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that a hearing has been <br />scheduled for July 29, 1975, for dismissal <br />which was filed by the City insurance company. <br /> <br />BOULDER COUNTY - STATE L.U.C. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that the briefs have <br />been filed by the Colorado Municipal League. <br />He stated that he did not know if the court <br />had accepted it. The brief was tendered <br />with a statement showing the Leagues interest. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #472 <br />WATER TAP CHARGES <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #472 by title <br />only. Mayor Waschak opened the Public Hearing. <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he does not want the <br />tap fees to be used as a lever for more multi <br />family units to come into the City. There were <br />no other comments and the public hearing was <br />closed. After discussion Councilman Berry moved <br />that Ordinance #472 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Caranci. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes. DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #16 <br />EQUAL OPPORTUNITY OFFICER <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #16 which <br />would appoint Mr. David Chenoweth as the <br />Equal Opportunity Officer for the City of <br />Louisv~lle. After discussion Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that Resolution #16 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Caranci.
