Absent: Councilman
DiCarlo and City Attorney Morris.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES

Mr. Wur1 stated that a correction is
needed as relates to the discussion of
the Mize1 annexation hearing. The min-
utes should reflect that the public
hearing called for June 25, 1975 does
not relate to the Mize1 annexation, but
to the guidelines the City contemplates
adopting relating to H. Motion carried.

Mayor Waschak stated to the public
that there would be no public hearing on
the Colorado Technological Center due
to legalities on the matter. No action
will be taken on the matter until word
is received from the Colorado Supreme
Court.

COUNCIL ITEMS
TANIGUCHI - SUITTS
P.U.D. Mayor Waschak closed the public
hearing and opened the discussion to
Council. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that
the tract of ground in question was
approved for annexation under a different
design by the previous Council. She
stated that the new concept has been be-
fore the Planning Commission and that
she thought the Planning Commission has
sent a recommendation to Council for
approval of the project.
Councilman DelPizzo asked about the design
of the complex. Mr. Taniguchi then ex-
plained the design. After discussion
Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Taniguchi
request be granted and that Lot 7 Cotton-
wood Manor be designated as a planned
unit development contingent on the granting
