Mr. Wur1 stated that <br />the alternative for meetings is at the <br />Middle School which must be ended by <br />10:30 P.M. this putting a time limit on <br />discussions. Suggestion was made to have <br />a P.A. system put in during the meetings. <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />Mr. George Ellis stated to Council that <br />they should keep working for what they <br />feel would be best for the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that a memo was prepared <br />showing the existing fees for multi <br />family units and what suggestions were <br />made for revisions. He asked for Coun- <br />cil to review the recommendations. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the City <br />Attorney be instructed to draw up an <br />amendment revising the charges for <br />water taps. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 reviewed correspondence for <br />Council. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />A hearing date of July 29, 1975 has been <br />set. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #466 by <br />titled only. After discussion Council <br />man Caranci moved that Ordinance #466 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />by Councilman Domenico. Mayor Waschak <br />opened the matter for public hearing. <br />There were no comments. Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved to amend Ordinance #466 <br />deleting Section 2 and Paragraphs, <br />Section 3,4,5B amended to appropriate <br />numerical order. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry no, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Amendment passed. <br />
