AUDIENCE COMMENTS cont'd MEETING SITE CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT WATER TAP CHARGE CITY ATTORNEY REPORT SALAZAR REPORT ORDINANCE /1466 UNIFORM CODE -7- Mrs. Judy Taylor asked if there was som other place to hold the meetings some- where large enough to accomodate all interested people. Mr. Wur1 stated that the alternative for meetings is at the Middle School which must be ended by 10:30 P.M. this putting a time limit on discussions. Suggestion was made to have a P.A. system put in during the meetings. No action was taken. Mr. George Ellis stated to Council that they should keep working for what they feel would be best for the City. Mr. Wur1 stated that a memo was prepared showing the existing fees for multi family units and what suggestions were made for revisions. He asked for Coun- cil to review the recommendations. Councilman Caranci moved that the City Attorney be instructed to draw up an amendment revising the charges for water taps. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. Mr. Wur1 reviewed correspondence for Council. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Administrators report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. A hearing date of July 29, 1975 has been set. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #466 by titled only. After discussion Council man Caranci moved that Ordinance #466 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman by Councilman Domenico. Mayor Waschak opened the matter for public hearing. There were no comments. Councilman DiCarlo moved to amend Ordinance #466 deleting Section 2 and Paragraphs, Section 3,4,5B amended to appropriate numerical order. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry no, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Amendment passed.
