<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 11, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Berry, DiCarlo, Dhieux, DelPizzo. <br />Absent: CouncihMn Domenico, Councilwoman Scholl, City Clerk Santilli. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Engineer White, City <br />Attorney Morris, and Nancy Varra acting secretary. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />RUSTY BUCKET LICENSE <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL - BICENTENNIAL <br /> <br />SALES TAX REPORT <br /> <br />Mayor and Council approved the minutes <br />of the last meeting as read. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council about the <br />license. After discussion, Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved to issue the 3.2% liquor <br />license to the Rusty Bucket. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. <br />Berry yes, DiCarlo yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Carolyn Conarroe enlightened Coun- <br />cil as to the progress of the Centen- <br />nial - BiCentennial committee. She <br />requested from the City approximately <br />$35.00 to purchase a flag and bumper <br />stickers. Councilman DelPizzo moved <br />that the committee be granted the money <br />requested. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />DiCarlo. Councilwoman Dhieux moved to <br />amend the motion stating the amount of <br />money grant the committee be $200.00. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call <br />on amendment. Berry yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br />Roll call on motion. DelPizzo yes, Berry <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Dhieux yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Council was informed on the findings <br />of the sales tax report by C.A.C. After <br />discussion Councilman Berry moved to <br />accept the report by C.A.C. and express <br />the Citys appreciation for a job well <br />done. Also, to set up a work session <br />with C.A.C., City Council and the Mayor <br />to discuss information available and how <br />to distribute the information to the <br />public. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. <br />
