<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />AUGUST 20, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-tem Berry called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Other present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Morris, City Treasurer Hesson, City Engineer White, and City <br />Clerk Santilli. Absent: Mayor Waschak. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the minutes <br />be accepted as read. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up under <br />proper heading. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Scholl. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />TOLLEFSON FINAL ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that final <br />payment be made in the amount of $6,668.04 <br />to Tollefson Construction Company. Se- <br />conded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL STEEL FINAL <br />ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that final <br />payment be made in the amount of $10,685.36 <br />to Architectural Steel Building. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />E & F COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl informed Council <br />that several people have called and com- <br />plained about E & F explosives. It was <br />stated that this was brought to Council <br />before. Mayor Pro-tem Berry stated that <br />there was something in the Ordinance about <br />the strength of the explosive which were <br />being set off. Mr. Wurl is going to check <br />on the matter. Mr. Wurl stated that it <br />would be a civil matter and any damage <br />done to homes would have to be taken care <br />of with E & F. <br />
