Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Engineers recommendation be approved on <br />payment to Fleming Construction in the <br />amount of $5,180.14. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Dhieux. Roll call. Berry yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />In the plan for the streets, one street <br />was misprinted as Five Side Road instead <br />of Fire Side Road. What is needed is an <br />okay for an Ordinance to be drawn up to <br />change the name from Five to Fire Side <br />Road. Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Attorney be instructed to draw up an <br />Ordinance to change the name from Five <br />Side Road to Fire Side Road. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico questioned water re- <br />strictions. There are no restrictions at <br />the present time. <br /> <br />A question was brought up about watering <br />during an emergency call. Council felt <br />this matter should be enforced and some <br />type of publication should be made stating <br />that water should be turned off during an <br />emergency. <br /> <br />A question was brought up about the spraying <br />of mosquitoes. The City has been trying <br />to notify the County in regards to the matter. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that the tennis <br />courts have a small walk way made of rocks <br />which the small children are throwing in <br />the streets. He asked if it would be <br />possible to have some type of walk way put <br />in and the rocks taken out. It was stated <br />that the tennis courts are school property <br />and the school district should be notified <br />about the problem also. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that the firemen <br />are having the Northern Colorado Fire Fighters <br />Association meeting in Dacona and they <br />would like to have permission to take the <br />1952 GMC up to the meet. There would be <br />sufficient emergency equipment at that time <br />left at the station in case of an emergency. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the request be <br />granted.
