<br />MILEAGE ALLOWANCE cont'd <br /> <br />the City Administrator be instructed not <br />to pay the City Treasurer for expenses. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. After <br />discussion Councilman DiCarlo withdrew <br />his motion. Councilwoman Dhieux moved <br />that the City Administrator be instructed <br />not to pay elected officials for mileage. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll <br />call. Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPIzzo no, DiCarlo no. <br />Motion tied. Mayor Waschak voted no, <br />defeating the motion. He stated that he <br />would like legal advise on the matter be- <br />fore instructing non-payment. <br /> <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE <br /> <br />REVENUE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated because of the lack of <br />vehicle for the Code Enforcement Officer <br />his purpose was not carried out as well as <br />it could have been. the City of Lafayette <br />is willing to let Louisville use the <br />vehicle they have for two weeks to see if <br />we like it or not. Councilman DiCarlo <br />questioned the repairs on the vehicle that <br />was suppose to be used by the Code Officer. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />take the vehicle from Lafayette for two <br />weeks at no cost. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux no, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the revenue for <br />March totaled $64,051.22. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #439 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #440 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this Ordinance <br />would vacate a utility easement in the <br />Parkwood subdivison lot 137. Councilman <br />Berry moved that the Ordinance be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. A public <br />hearing was then held. There was no <br />response in favor or against the Ordinance. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, <br />Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that this Ordinance would <br />vacate an easement for construction in <br />use of a pipe line located on a portion <br />of lots 8 & 9 Cottonwood Manor in addition <br />to the City of Louisville. Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #440 be <br />accepted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />A public hearing was then held. There <br />was no response in favor or against it. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
