PENNER CONSTRUCTION FINAL PAYHENT Councilman Berry moved that Council ann rove final payment to Penner Con- struction. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. DYE CONSTRUCTION FINAL PAYMENT Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council approve final payment. Notion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilwoman Scholl asked if invitations had been sent to the Commissioners for a dinner meeting. The dinner meeting \\7as planned for Harch 7, 1971~. Coun- cilwoman Scholl moved that a dinner meeting be held with the COUDty Com- missioners on March 7, 1974. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. DINNER. ~1EETING QUESTIONNAIRE Councilwoman Scholl asked what was going on in regards to the questionnaire. Hr. Hurl stated that the survey was in its final staee and that about 354 conies had been returned. NEWSPAPER ARTICLE Councilwoman Scholl questioned an inter- view that was in the paper. Mr. Hurl explained the situation. DELANEY ROAD Councilman Domenico asked that the County check and see if the curve leaving Louis~ille on Delaney Road be marked better or somethin~ be done to ~ive more advance warni';;g. Mr. Hurf stated that Dan White had already contacted the COl.mty and they were goinp.; to in- vestigate the corner. BOULDER COUNTY PLANNING Councilwoman Dhieux asked why there was not a representative on ;the committee from Louisville. Hr. Conarroe stated that the staff' is a hired staff. Hr.
