Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Deborski moved that Mrs. Ryan, Mrs. <br />D'Halliecourt and Mrs. Parkin be elected as <br />judges in Ward 3. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Pro-tem King requested the City Clerk notify <br />the respective persons of their appointments. <br /> <br />After discussion and recommendation by City <br />Attorney Morris, Councilman Donovan moved that <br />City Council take no action regarding the Federal <br />Class Action suit as it did not involve our City. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />No action taken. Tabled for future date. <br /> <br />No Action taken. Tabled for future date. <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan moved that the November 6th <br />City Council meeting be rescheduled until Novem- <br />ber November 13th due to the City Election. <br />Seconded by Councilman Jensen. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski inquired what the status <br />of the Parking Lot was. City Administrator <br />Wurl reported the parking lot was ahead of <br />schedule. He also referred back to the dis- <br />cussion of last meeting whether the Army Re- <br />serves were going to be available to move the <br />building. We find now they will not be available. <br />Councilman Deborski moved that Penner Construc- <br />tion be authorized payment in the amount of <br />S7., 582.00 to move and reconstruct the building <br />~n'like foundation. Seconded by Councilman <br />Jensen. Roll call vote Deborski yes, Jensen yes, <br />Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan reported that he had a call <br />from Wilbur Madonna stating that the north side <br />of the alley was well done, but had'nt worked <br />on the south side and he would like to have it <br />done. <br />City Administrator Wurl stated it would be done <br />this week. <br /> <br />Page - 2 - <br />
