Sale price is $55,000, remaining mortgage on the
property is $30,288.24 after adjustment of lease payment
of $750 and interest. The balance to close now would be
$23,621.26. Recommend check in the amount be sent to
3 Bar J - City would be obliged to pay taxes in the amount
of $494.04 next January. Parties are willing to sell the
property.
Councilman King moved to enter into contract and have a
short special meeting tomorrow night - June 20th, 1973
to finalize.
