It was moved by Councilman Jensen to publish Ordinance <br />No. 409. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote - all in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br />Public Hearing to be held April 3rd, 1973. <br /> <br />An Ordinance tel vacate that portion of the alley running north <br />and south betwE!en lots 1 through 5 (Alley between Grant and <br />Jefferson Avenue -. between Ha1nut and Spruce) and to vacate <br />Grant Avenue bE~twE~en lots 5 through 11 in block 5 of Pleasant <br />Hill addition. Moved by Councilman King to publish Ordinance <br />No. 410. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote - <br />all in favor. Motion carried. <br />Public Hearing April 3, 1973. <br />
