Mr. Morris, City Attorney, stated that the State Hi- <br />way Department cannot sien agreement for annexation <br />of Hi 1Nay 42 it has to be signed bv the Sanitation <br />District. The ordinC"ance willJI'l ready next meeting. <br />Also stated the ordi" nance book is in the process of <br />being completed. <br /> <br />Pi\1iK' Rt RY;CR~ATION: A report on all activities and plans were presented <br />to Council by Keith Helart. A professional planner <br />will be hired in the hear future and this ahould make <br />it easier to obtain a grant from H TJ D. Council a~reed <br />that the City will take care of all maintenence in re- <br />gards to lawn and shrub~. John ~,jorris of the school <br />district verbally agreed to allow LonisvUle perrrtission <br />to use the ~round west of 4i school as a park. <br /> <br />COllncilman Jensen sug8sted renaming the Louisville <br />cpmetery to Louisville Memorial Park. It would be <br />easier to obtain a grant. Mot;on by Jensen seconded <br />by King' to change the name. Motion c:'lrried. <br />
