Motion by Jensen seconded by Donoyan <br />that Ordinance #392 be adopted. Roll call vote Domenico yes, <br />Maxwell yes, Donovan yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Deborski yes, <br />Motion carried. <br />Resolution by Dennis Lundberg, a joint resolution, of the City <br />of lDlJisville, Colorado and the Louisville Urban Renewal <br />Authority assuming compliance with the Civil Aights Act of <br />1964. Motioil by Deborski seconded by Jensen to adopt resolu- <br />tion. Motion carried. <br />Presented title commitment policy for Vern Golden, Louisville <br />Sand and Gravel. Motion by King seconded by Deborski that the <br />Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to issue deed to Vern Golden. <br />Motion carried. <br />Attorney Morris stated he was working on l;ity of Louisville <br />taking over the Sanitation District and will be presented <br />next meeting. <br />Unable to work on Fire Code did not have a copy of Fire Code. <br />Motion by King seconded by Veborski report be accepted. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Joint meeting of ~oal Creek first part of March. <br />Meeting adjourned to work session Feb. 28th, 1972 <br />
