<br />2. <br /> <br />City Clerk indructed wo write a letter to Superior stating that <br />the Loui~ville rural Fire Dept. will not provide services for the <br />Town of Superior. Chief Ryan stated that all fire plugs in the new <br />area (S cenic Heights) are illegal, they have no steamer outlet. Plugs <br />must be changedor steamer valve installed. Max'well inad~ate fire <br />plugs sho ld be replaced. <br />As,::istant .l.' ire "'hief Rudy Slavec questioned City Administrator as to <br />why Mac Truck was crossed off the list for mailing specs for new fo'ire <br />truck? Max stated they were just crossed out. Mayor instructed City <br />Administrator to'send out new specs and call for more bids. <br /> <br />FTNANCE COMMITTEE: Donovan stated they had. a meeting and reviewed the <br />disbursements and anticipated receipts of next year. Will have a <br />meeting with all departments in the next few weeks. <br /> <br />C1iMETERY COMMITTEE: Will have a report first meeting of Ma.y. <br /> <br />Represenative from Continental View ~states requested the City be <br />able to fu:r:nish them with water by August 1st. City will write a <br />letter to ~ountv Planning Dept. stating that the City will be able <br />to serve water to Continential View Estates by August 1st. <br />Developers l'ill also request the same letter from. the Louisville <br />Sanitation ~oard. Attorney Morris to write letter for City. <br /> <br />Motion by King se.conded by Deborski that Howard BerrT be appointed <br />to the Planning vommission. Motion carried. Letter to be written to <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by King seconded by Jensen that the Fire code be adopted. <br />Roll Call vote Domenico yes, Maxwell yes, ~onovan yes, Jensen yes, <br />King yes, Deborski yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Coal Creek meeting ~pril 6th at 7:30 P. M. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci appointed C,ouncilman Maxwell and .uomenico to the County <br />Welfare Advisory Board. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT: Obrained agreement with Steve Harney to <br />proceed past his property. <br />Kjax agreed to make tie ins on main street at night this will be done <br />on a time and material bases. <br />Work schudule from Cap. vonstruction is forthcomming and they will <br />start work next week. <br />Six applications have been received for working Forman Position, would <br />recommend Lawrence !(.ickma.n for the job. Quoted salary at $600 to 650. <br />per month. <br />I have contacted Mr. Searcy and he has ar:reed to do Urban Renewal insp- <br />ections for $5.00 per hour. Will meet with Urban Renewal April 12th. <br />Have first draft ready on oersonnal policyand will have it ready for <br />next meeting. <br />Attorney Morris has all the ""anitation Board members signa.tures on <br />petition for annexation of HiWay 42. <br />Hospital Insurance have set UP meeting for Ins .lrance people April lOth <br />on hospitilization and ins'lrance for City employees. <br />
