Motion by Mudrock seco<1ded by <br />King to purchase used one and include $105.00 dollars for <br />rear blade. Roll call vote - Perrella yes, Dondelinger yes, <br />Mudrock yes, Berry No (not with back blade) King yes, Tomeo <br />No. Motion carried. <br /> <br />~ <br />Apartment builders presented plans to ity Administrator, <br />Perrella requested that building inspector check: over "(,he <br />plans before issuing building permit. <br />Application has been sent to HUD. <br />Signs will be installed when finished. <br />Contract for EPIC water line was tentatively approved. <br />EPIC will pay about half of the cost which will be apporx- <br />imately $7,000., payable upon completion of water line and <br />$600. water tap fee or more if the tap is extra large. <br />City Administrator stated the line will cost about $15,000. <br />However it will be much larger then needed at the present <br />time, it can be extended to serve other users. <br />Deliquent water account were discussed. Clerk: instructed <br />to mail water notices required by Ordinance. Giving 15 days <br />to pay in full or discontinue water services. <br />Council ordered enforcement of City'S 24 hour snow removal and <br />Ordinance on trash littering. <br />Councilrnan Derry said now is the time to begin thinkin6 about <br />the spring run off from mountain snow sheds, if the resevoir <br />is going to be lowered to allo':l for a run off fill then <br />Council agreed to let the Gun Club seine fish out of tile lake, <br />this is all that will be allowed. Max Sanks to check uith water <br />officials. <br /> <br />ATI'ORNEY'S REPORT: <br />Mayor should be authorized to sign agreement with EPIC. <br />Model Traffic Code (Ordinance 379) read by Attorney. <br />Adopted by refrence, notice ot two publications of <br />changes in full. Motion by Perrella seconded by Mudrock <br />to publish Ord. 379. Motion carried. Councilman Per:'ella <br />stated the Sanitation Board application to St~te, Phase I <br />approve4 (expansion site). This approved by County Plan<n1ng, <br />County Commissioners, and Water Pollution Doards. City could <br />annes hi-way then it would be annexed to the City. <br /> <br />POLICE MAGISTRATES: <br />Report read showing 51 cases tried and $319. asessed and <br />turned over to the City. Motion by Mudrock seconded by <br />Dondelinger report be accepted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BILLS : <br /> <br />Bills read in the amount of $23,084.32 plus $1,827.00 bond <br />interest total $25,177.47. Motion by Mudrock seconded Tomeo <br />bills be allowed and warrants be drawn for same. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meetinr~ adjourned to March 8th, work session. <br />
