Applications for building perrrits on apartment houses will be issued as soon as :street situation has been .cleared. Attorney asked Council if they accept letter of credit from the Boulder National Bank? If streets prove not satisfactory City conld submit bills to Bo'.llder National for pay- ment until October 1972.
