<br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />October 19, 1971 <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by Mayor ~aranci. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: <br />, <br /> <br />Present Tomeo, King, Berry, Mudrock, Perrella, Absent Dondelinger <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF HINUTES: Minutes stand approved. <br />eJORRESPONDENCE: None <br /> <br />JAYCEES: <br /> <br />Tim Camps informed council!there would be a community election <br />debate Monday Oct. 25, 1971 at 7 P. M. at the High School. <br /> <br />ITEMS ON AGENDA: <br /> <br />1. Water for Aquarius Motion by Berry to extend water services <br />to the Aquarius development. Seconded by Tomeo. Motion carried. <br />Louisville Sanitation will also extend Sanitation services. <br />Developers to pay all expenses of running these' lines from the <br />Cit,y limits. <br /> <br />2. Annexation of Hi Way 42. Attorney Morris to have ready next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />3. Publish notice for election judges. Clerk stated enough <br />applications have been received for all wards except HZ <br />which needs one mor application. This to be voted on at <br />work session of Oct. 26, 1971. <br /> <br />4. Si~.walks on Hutchinson St. City ~dministrator suggested <br />installing a walk way on either the North or South side of <br />Hutchinson sin~ most of the property owners are on pension <br />this would consist the length of all the lots. Berry <br />Ordinance does not dirfcrantiate the front or the depth of <br />the lots. It would cost approvimately $2000.' for the whole <br />I strip. Probably a Improvement District could be formed and <br />: put on taxes.
