It waF brought up that <br />two Council members were on the Urb,n Renewal Authority <br />Board. Jerry Ma~vell will resign and let Donovan continue <br />as a member of the Board. <br /> <br />Council ap;roved and adopted the 1972 budget in the amount <br />of $864,750. after corrections. Motion by Dondelinger <br />seconded bV Mudrock to adopt the budget as corrected. <br />Roll call King yes, Berry yes, Mudrock yes, ~ondelinger <br />yes, Perrella yes Motion carried. Ordiaance #388 approp- <br />iation ordianance read on budget. Motion by Berry to accept <br />and ordered published seconded bv Mudrock. Motion carried. <br />Ordinance #389 To raise the water pipe line assessment $1.50 <br />total as~es:"ment to be $4.50. Notion by Perrella seconded <br />by Mudrock to publish Ordinance #389 Matton carried. <br /> <br />Howard Berry stated he had noticed that the railroad had taken <br />out a switch on South Utreet thought that the City should re- <br />quest pnrmission to widen the "treet at t hat point. Perrella <br />suggested an under pase at this location. <br /> <br />City clerk instructed to place ads in Camera and Lo'lisville <br />times call for ap,Jlications for following positions: <br />Ci ty Attorney, Municipal Judge, Chief of Police, Four Patrol- <br />men Health Officer and Janitor apolications to close Dec. 30. <br />1971. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry siad he would like to make a water report <br />for t~e new council but is unable to 0 "tair; a copy ~'f the <br />Coal vreek project but has been unable to obtain any infor- <br />mation in regards to this Ill8;tter. MayorCaranci is going <br />to contact the chairman of ~oal Creek Board to see if a <br />report could not be obtained for the City. <br />
