Letters from Disaster Coordinator discus~ed. Street Committee to examine. <br /> <br />City Administrators Report: <br /> <br />City of Lo'dsville has been using water at the rate of 50.22 acre feet per <br />month. The above rate is .02 acre feet per capita per month. <br />City crew is still working or the clean up operations at the filter plant. <br />We have run into problems with the drain pipe. <br />Thompson Pipe and ~tee1 have give us a prise of $896.50 for a new automatic <br />valve system. This an,)roximately a $400.00 dollar 2a vings over other prices. <br />1970 Plymouth Police car ready for delivery. 10" gate valve at the filter <br />plant not working properly needs new control. <br /> <br />Resolution authorizing A. ~. Perrella to sign checks in absence of Mayor <br />Lawrence Caranci was read. Moved by Mudrock seconded by berry and was carried. <br /> <br />Police Report Read <br />and placed on file. <br /> <br />Moved bv Koprowski seconded by Tomeo that report be accepted <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorneys Report: Reported on meeting of attorney re: Coal Creek Water Users <br />Association, reported that first phase study of water rights would cost approx- <br />imately 33,000 of which the participating cities l.;rould contribute $11,000. on <br />a formula to be de termined. Lafayette Of"icials and Joe y.'f.adonna to prepare <br />application to State Planning Commission for matching funds. Anplication to <br />be made by Lafayette in name of all five communities, LOlJisville, Lafayette, <br />Erie, Superior and Broomfield. <br /> <br />Treasurers Report: <br /> <br />Bill Hesson to make written recommendations on check notations. <br /> <br />~ludrock moved seconded by Koprowski that bills be approved as read and warrants <br />drawn for same. <br /> <br />Police Magistrates Report: Lawrence Enrietto <br />Sixty-seven cases tried and $565.00 turned ever to the City. <br /> <br />Health Of'ficers Report: Dr. Cassidy <br /> <br />MOlTed by Mudrock seconded by Berry report be accepted. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned <br />
