Motion carried. <br /> <br />Co~mcil pas"'ed two resolutions, one to pay #3,000. for Coal ";reek vIa LeI' St1.:7dy <br />and one to lend Superior $167.00 to sllbstantiate the payment of there fee. <br />Superior could pay $500. at present but could not pay the ba]ance of $500. <br />Ea,yor Car;mci stated it was decided at t he meetin{~ Louisville, Lafayette and <br />Broomfield would help Superior by paying $167. each and it h to 1.:e paid <br />back by 1972. <br /> <br />POr.IC~ COfr'ISSIOiJ: Mudrock made motion to relieve Don l-jj nes of all duties <br />w~th -ity and he be terminated as of April 21, 1970 sec8nded by Dondelinger. <br />Motion carried. Tomeo suggested having Bob Je~sen as Chief of Police. <br />Council agreed he has enough duties. Adl'l:Lnistr'1tor to advertise for Chief <br />of Police, a)plications closed Ha.y 16, 1970. In City Administrators report <br />he requested ~'egular Patrolmen salary for over time and $2.50 per hour for <br />Special Police when on thl" streets. Pay from school will be the same $2.00 <br />per hour.
