principal of the Refunded Bonds as the same is called for redemption on the Redemption Date; and iii) a redemption premium of 2% of the principal amount of the Refunded Bonds. Refunded Bonds: the City's General Obligation Bonds, Series 1992 maturing on and after November 1, 2003 currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $2,215,000. Refunding Project: the payment of the Refunded Bond Requirements and the costs of issuing the Bonds. Registrar: The Finance Director of the City, or his or her successor, being the agent for the City for the registration, transfer and exchange of the Bonds. Sale Certificate: the certificate executed by the city Manager or Finance Director dated on or before the date of delivery of the Bonds, setting forth the purchaser of the Bonds, the purchase price of the Bonds, the rate of interest on the Bonds, the price at which the Bonds will be sold, the total principal amount and denominations of the Bonds, the amount of principal maturing on each date for the Bonds, the dates on which the principal and interest will be paid, and the existence and amount of capitalized interest and reserve fund, if any, on the Bonds, subject to the parameters and restrictions contained in this Ordinance. Special Record Date: a special date fixed to determine the names and addresses of registered owners for purposes of paying interest on a special interest payment date for the payment of defaulted interest, all as further provided in Section 5 hereof. State: the State of Colorado. Supplemental Act: the Supplemental Public Securities Act, constituting Title 11, Article 57, Part 2, C.R.S.
