principal of the Refunded Bonds as the same is called for redemption on the Redemption Date; <br />and iii) a redemption premium of 2% of the principal amount of the Refunded Bonds. <br /> <br /> Refunded Bonds: the City's General Obligation Bonds, Series 1992 maturing on <br />and after November 1, 2003 currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of <br />$2,215,000. <br /> <br /> Refunding Project: the payment of the Refunded Bond Requirements and the <br />costs of issuing the Bonds. <br /> <br /> Registrar: The Finance Director of the City, or his or her successor, being the <br />agent for the City for the registration, transfer and exchange of the Bonds. <br /> <br /> Sale Certificate: the certificate executed by the city Manager or Finance Director <br />dated on or before the date of delivery of the Bonds, setting forth the purchaser of the Bonds, the <br />purchase price of the Bonds, the rate of interest on the Bonds, the price at which the Bonds will <br />be sold, the total principal amount and denominations of the Bonds, the amount of principal <br />maturing on each date for the Bonds, the dates on which the principal and interest will be paid, <br />and the existence and amount of capitalized interest and reserve fund, if any, on the Bonds, <br />subject to the parameters and restrictions contained in this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Special Record Date: a special date fixed to determine the names and addresses <br />of registered owners for purposes of paying interest on a special interest payment date for the <br />payment of defaulted interest, all as further provided in Section 5 hereof. <br /> <br /> State: the State of Colorado. <br /> <br /> Supplemental Act: the Supplemental Public Securities Act, constituting Title 11, <br />Article 57, Part 2, C.R.S. <br /> <br /> Tax Code: the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended to the date of delivery <br />of the Bonds, and any regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> <br /> SeCtion 2.
