<br />Howard accepted, as did seconder Mayer. <br /> <br />~fJ, <br /> <br />Keany offered a fiiendly amendment to add condition No. 10 that on Lots 5 - 15, Block 1, all signage <br />will be directed toward the interior of CTC and no signage will be shown to the west or north on <br />those lots. <br /> <br />Howard and seconder Mayer accepted that. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment that on Block 1, Lots 11 - 15 inclusive will be set down at least <br />3' below grade according to plan. <br /> <br />Sisk withdrew his friendly amendment. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment that subdividers shall not be given dual credit for open space <br />dedications in terms of dedications for both the easement, as provided in paragraph eight, as well as <br />open space when the PUD is approved. The landscaped area is dedicated open space. <br /> <br />Sisk withdrew this friendly amendment also. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 5 - 2 vote with Keany and Lathrop voting against. <br /> <br />DRAINAGEWAY A <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that there had been one bid received for the work <br />encompassing improvements to Enrietto Park, including additional berming, retaining walls and <br />concrete walkways; Lake Park - modification of bike trails, uniform berm being heightened to modify <br />the flood plain. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH URBAN <br />DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br /> <br />Lathrop moved that Council approve the amended Urban Drainage Flood Control District agreement <br />No. 9601 05C and bid award Drainageway A detention improvements, seconded by Levihn. Roll call <br />was taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />AWARD OF BID <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council award the bid to Asphalt Specialties, seconded by Sisk. Roll call was <br />taken. Motion passed by a 7 - 0 vote. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1278, SERIES 1998 - CONVERSION OF 279 ACRE-FOOT UNITS OF <br />C-BT PROJECT WATER NOW HELD BY LOUISVILLE FROM TEMPORARY USE <br /> <br />9 <br />
