Louisville, Colorado, to Public Service Company of Colorado, be removed from the Agenda with the understanding that it will be brought back at a later date, allowing for proper advertising. This ordinance will give a two year renewal to the existing franchise. Davidson agreed with the removal of item 6L. Davidson called for any other changes to the Agenda. Concerning noise and the generator, last Wednesday night the generator was on for approximately five hours, enough so that there were calls to the police department and Sisk from nearby residents. It was like a train was coming through, not what Neodata had represented. Last Sunday the 20 minute testing/maintenance of the auxiliary power generator went on for two hours. Bill Simmons, City Administrator, explained that evening there was an equipment failure that necessitated the generator to activate. It took some time for the broken part to be replaced.
