Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1257. <br />NONE <br />Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments, questions, or motions. <br />Mayer asked, if the water taps were not purchased now and tap fees went up after December 31, <br />1997, would they have to pay the higher tap fee then? <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that they would buy the taps at the rate existing when <br />purchased. <br />Mayer moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1257, Series 1997, an out -of -city water service <br />a greement between the City of Louisville and Columbine Land Resource, as amended, seconded by <br />Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7 0 vote. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1258, SERIES 1997 AMENDING ARTICLE VI, SECTION I OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 544, MAY 17, 1977, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 994, MAY 16, <br />1989, TO EXTEND TO AND-INCLUDING MAY 16, 1999, THE ELECTRIC AND GASEOUS <br />FUEL FRANCHISE GRANTED BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, TO <br />PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO 1ST READING SET PUBLIC <br />HEARING 5/6/97 <br />G riffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1258, Series 1997, "An ordinance amending Article VI, <br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 544, May 17, 1977, as amended by Ordinance No. 994, May 16, 1989, <br />to extend to and including June 15, 1999, the Electric and Gaseous Fuel. Franchise granted by the City <br />Of Louisville, Colorado, to Public Service Company of Colorado." <br />Sisk moved that Council place Ordinance No. 1258, Series 1997, out for publication and set the <br />public hearing for May 6, 1997, seconded by Howard.. All in favor. <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOTS 1 2 <br />PARCEL L1 <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this was submitted under three separate applications. <br />Koelbel and Company had submitted a minor subdivision replat to adjust the common property line <br />between lot 1 and 2. The Bank of Boulder had submitted a final PUD development plan for a one <br />story bank building on Lot 1, and SEM Architects, Inc. had submitted a final PUD for Lot 2 for the <br />RiteAid Corporation. <br />Lathrop and Sisk asked to be excused from discussions on Lot 1, The Bank of Boulder, due to a <br />conflict of interest. <br />3 <br />
