Exhibit A <br /> <br />SERVICE AREA BOUNDARY <br /> <br /> The service area of the Main Street Louisville Business Improvement District is entirely <br />within the City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado described as: <br /> <br /> the area bounded by the alley between LaFarge Street and Main Street to the west, the <br />centefline of South Street to the north, the western right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Railroad <br />to the east, and the centerline of Elm Street to the south; and <br /> <br /> the area bounded by the centerline of Main Street to the west, the centerline of Griffith Street <br />to the north, the western right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad to the east, and <br />the centerline of Lafayette Street to the south; and <br /> <br /> the property zoned for any use other than a residential classification contiguous to that <br />portion of Pine Street between the eastern right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Northern <br />Railroad to the west and the western right-of-way boundary of Colorado Highway 42 to the east. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to section 31-25-1208, C.R.S., the boundaries of the District consist of the <br />commercial property, as defined in Section 31-25-1203 (2), C.R.S., within the above-described <br />service area. Pursuant to Section 31-25-1207(4), there is excluded from the boundaries of the district <br />those properties bearing street addresses of 612, 624 and 636-640 Main Street, the Blue Parrot <br />Restaurant and 1340 Main Street, the International Martial Arts Association. <br /> <br /> Properties and blocks in the vicinity of the BID may annex into the BID by submitting a <br />petition to City Council. <br /> <br /> A map with the boundaries of the Main Street Louisville BID is provided on the following <br />page. <br /> <br /> <br />
