Exhibit A SERVICE AREA BOUNDARY The service area of the Main Street Louisville Business Improvement District is entirely within the City of Louisville, Boulder County, Colorado described as: the area bounded by the alley between LaFarge Street and Main Street to the west, the centefline of South Street to the north, the western right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Railroad to the east, and the centerline of Elm Street to the south; and the area bounded by the centerline of Main Street to the west, the centerline of Griffith Street to the north, the western right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad to the east, and the centerline of Lafayette Street to the south; and the property zoned for any use other than a residential classification contiguous to that portion of Pine Street between the eastern right-of-way boundary of the Burlington Northern Railroad to the west and the western right-of-way boundary of Colorado Highway 42 to the east. Pursuant to section 31-25-1208, C.R.S., the boundaries of the District consist of the commercial property, as defined in Section 31-25-1203 (2), C.R.S., within the above-described service area. Pursuant to Section 31-25-1207(4), there is excluded from the boundaries of the district those properties bearing street addresses of 612, 624 and 636-640 Main Street, the Blue Parrot Restaurant and 1340 Main Street, the International Martial Arts Association. Properties and blocks in the vicinity of the BID may annex into the BID by submitting a petition to City Council.
