RESOLUTION NO. 73 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR SIGNAGE, LOT 2, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, <br />PARCEL L, FILING NO. 1, AMENDMENT NO. 1, <br />515 MCCASLIN BOULEVARD, <br /> FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF COLORADO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Amended Final PUD Development Plan for a new wall sign for First National <br />Bank of Colorado at 515 McCaslin Boulevard; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Final PUD Development Plan have <br />been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial <br />Development Design Standards & Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Amended Final PUD <br />Development Plan, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the Staff Report dated December 12, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with six conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted revised plans substantially in compliance with <br />the recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Amended <br />Final PUD Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That it shall be noted on the plans that the letter shall project not more than eight inches <br /> from the face of the wall; <br /> <br />That it shall be noted on the plans that with this approval, the previous final PUD approval <br />for the Bank of Boulder, as it pertains to exterior signs, is hereby repealed and revoked; <br />and <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That upon final approval by City Council, if granted, the applicant shall submit a more <br />formal Amended Final PUD plan set, including appropriate signature blocks, title block, <br />etc., subject to staff review and approval prior to recording. <br /> <br />It is the intent of City Council to restrict signage for the subject property, through this PUD <br />approval to the number, location, and sign area approved under this PUD approval. All <br />future sign modifications shall be subject to these approved criteria. <br /> <br /> <br />
