<br />RESOLUTION NO. 72, SERIES 2000

<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000 BUDGET BY INCREASING
<br />REVENUES AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE CEMETERY, PARKING
<br />IMPROVEMENT, CONSERVATION TRUST-LAND ACQUISITION, WATER
<br />UTILITY, GOLF COURSE, AND SELF INSURANCE FUNDS FOR THE CITY
<br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the Cemetery,
<br />Parking Improvement, Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Water Utility, Golf Course,
<br />and Self Insurance Funds to defray expenses in excess of amounts budgeted; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue not assured at the time of
<br />adoption of the budget, from sources other than the City's local property tax mill levy, in
<br />the Cemetery, Parking Improvement, Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Water
<br />Utility, Golf Course, and Self Insurance Funds.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO;
<br />
<br />1. That the 2000 Cemetery Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $22,500 to
<br />$27,500 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />2. That the 2000 Parking Improvement Fund appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$0 to $150,000 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />3. That the 2000 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund appropriations are hereby
<br />increased from $2,294,067 to $2,419,900 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.

<br />That the 2000 Water Utility Fund appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$4,878,212 to $5,828,212 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and
<br />incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />5. That the 2000 Golf Course Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $1,996,032
<br /> to $2,061,032 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
<br />6. That the 2000 Self Insurance Fund appropriations are hereby increased from $84,934,
<br /> to $90,934 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
<br />
