RESOLUTION NO. 68 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR ENTRY SIGNAGE AND ENTRY LANDSCAPING, <br />THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Amended Final PUD Development Plan for entry monument signs and <br />associated landscaping at the intersection of CTC Boulevard and Highway 42 in The Business <br />Center at CTC subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Final PUD Development Plan have <br />been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design <br />Standards & Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Amended Final PUD <br />Development Plan, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the Staff Report dated November 14, 2000, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with one condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted revised plans in compliance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, without condition: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for <br />Entry Signage and Entry Landscaping at the intersection of CTC Boulevard and Highway 42. <br /> <br />iD AND ADOPTED this 5~h day of December 2000. <br /> <br /> t Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> ] City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> lqancy Var :a, City Clerk <br /> City of Lo tisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
