TIMES 1/24/98) <br /> <br />Light read by title only Ordinance No. 1276, Series 1998, "An ordinance approving the vacation of <br />a portion of an alley right-of-way within the Acme Place Subdivision in the City of Louisville." <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this is a 10' x 120' piece to the north of 561 grant. The <br />alley had never been constructed and over time portions of that alley had been vacated. Staffand the <br />neighbor had no objection. There was no need to reserve an easement for future utilities in the right- <br />of-way. On September 18, 1997, Planning Commission approved forwarding a recommendation of <br />support to Council without condition. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone wishing to speak on this ordinance. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
