RESOLUTION NO. 62 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR REPLAT C, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, <br />A REPLAT OF LOT 5, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC, REPLAT B, AND LOTS 6 <br />AND 7, BLOCK 2, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for Replat C The Business Center at CTC, a replat of Lot <br />5, The Business Center at CTC, Replat B, and Lots 6 and 7, Block 2, The Business Center at <br />CTC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat have been reviewed by <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, without condition, to be in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous <br />approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, including the Staff <br />Report dated November 14, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City <br />Council, without condition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final <br />Subdivision Plat should be approved, without condition: <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Subdivision Plat for Replat C, The Business <br />Center at CTC. <br /> <br />ED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 2000. <br /> <br /> Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br />~ City of Louisville, Colorado <br />Nancy Va~ra, City Clerk <br />City of L6uisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
