RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LOT 6, LOUISVILLE PLAZA, FILING NO. 2 <br />(BLACK DIAMOND CAR WASH) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for a <br />Final PUD Development Plan, Lot 6, Louisville Plaza, Filing No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial Development Design <br />Standards & Guidelines (CDDSG), related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended conditional approval to the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />approved, with the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. That the applicant provides cumulative noise information based on field tests for both the <br /> dryer and the four vacuums demonstrating compliance with state noise regulations prior to <br /> issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br />2. That building mounted luminaire 'F' shall be of a fully cut-off and downcast design. <br />3. That the CMU for the shared monument sign shall be scored to 8 x &inch dimensions. <br />4. That required drainage, grading, utility and access easements shall be recorded with the <br /> PUD Development Plan. <br /> That the play area shall be corrected to reflect the corrected fence location and appropriate <br /> landscaping. The south elevation shall be corrected to delete the building mounted sign. <br />6. That the retaining walls along South Boulder Road shall constructed of a grouted, split face <br /> cmu, capped with a buff flagstone. <br />7. The PUD landscape plan shall be revised to reflect additional evergreen shrubs within the <br /> front (south) landscape planting area for the purpose of screening headlights directed at <br /> South Boulder Road. <br />8. No temporary banners shall be permitted on the premises. <br /> <br /> <br />
