RESOLUTION NO. 44 <br />SERIES 2000 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN (LOT 2A) <br /> AND MINOR SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br />FOR ELDORADO ARTESIAN SPRINGS, INC., <br />LOTS 2A AND 3A, BLOCK 1, THE PARK AT CTC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat, Lots 2A and 3A, <br />Block 1, The Park at CTC; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Subdivision <br />Replat have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with <br />conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, <br />the Industrial Development Design Standards & Guidelines (IDDSG), related policies and <br />previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Subdivision Replat, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted plans in substantial compliance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat should be approved, with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />That it shall be noted on the PUD cover sheet that by approving this application, the <br />previously approved final PUD and related entitlements for the American Variseal <br />project are hereby repealed and revoked. <br /> <br />That the wall section provided with the July 6, 2000 letter from Scott Cox and <br />Associates shall be added to the PUD grading plans. <br /> <br />3. This authorization does not permit the applicant to bottle or sell Louisville water. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor <br />Subdivision Replat for Lots 2A and 3A, Block 1, The Park at CTC, subject to the above <br />conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
