RESOLUTION NO. 44 SERIES 2000 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN (LOT 2A) AND MINOR SUBDIVISION REPLAT FOR ELDORADO ARTESIAN SPRINGS, INC., LOTS 2A AND 3A, BLOCK 1, THE PARK AT CTC WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat, Lots 2A and 3A, Block 1, The Park at CTC; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Subdivision Replat have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Industrial Development Design Standards & Guidelines (IDDSG), related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development Plan and Subdivision Replat, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted plans in substantial compliance with the recommendations of the Planning Commission and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat should be approved, with the following conditions: That it shall be noted on the PUD cover sheet that by approving this application, the previously approved final PUD and related entitlements for the American Variseal project are hereby repealed and revoked. That the wall section provided with the July 6, 2000 letter from Scott Cox and Associates shall be added to the PUD grading plans. 3. This authorization does not permit the applicant to bottle or sell Louisville water. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat for Lots 2A and 3A, Block 1, The Park at CTC, subject to the above conditions.
